The below fees are all quoted in Czech Crowns. This page is periodically updated and fees are charged based on the published rates on the day on the engagment.
PAYROLL FEES:
Monthly fixed fee: 160 - 450 CZK head
Minimum monthly fee: 1.700 CZK (payroll processing for less than 4 employees).
New employee registration: 1.500 CZK
Employee deregistration: 550 CZK
Closing payroll year-end (Company report for Financial Office): 3.000 - 10.000 CZK
Closing of payroll at year-end (Personal income tax calculation): 350 - 500/head CZK (standard)
HOURLY RATES:
Jr. Accountant (0-2 years): 1.000 CZK
Accountant (2-6 years): 1.500 CZK
Sr.Accountant (6+ years): 1.800 CZK
Office Manager: 1.300 CZK
Programmer: 2.000 CZK
Payroll accountant: 1.300 CZK
Tax adviser: 2.500 CZK
Partner consulting: 3.800 CZK
Data Entry: 800 CZK
TAXES (indicative):
Personal Income Tax return preparation (DPFO): 1.500 - 8.000 CZK
Corporate Income Tax return preparation (DPPO): 6.000 - 70.000 CZK
Road tax preparation: 500 - 6.000 CZK
Real Estate Tax preparation: 1.500 - 4.000 CZK
ACCOUNTING FEES (indicative):
Monthly fixed fee: from 10.000 CZK
Monthly variable fee: 30/line CZK
ADMINISTRATION FEES:
Travel expense sheet preparation: 500 - 1.500 CZK
Car log preparation: 750/car/month CZK
Client bank account maitenance: 6.000/month CZK
